reports[].payment_id | The order/payment ID this report belongs to |
reports[].org_id | The organization ID this report belongs to |
reports[].status | Always "Complete" â only completed reports are returned |
reports[].reporting_sub | ID of the reporting subscription that generated this report |
reports[].weekof | ISO date string representing the week this test was run |
reports[].avgReputation | Average domain reputation score across all tested domains (rounded to 2 decimal places) |
reports[].avgInboxScore | Average inbox placement score across all tested domains (rounded to 2 decimal places) |
reports[].domains | Array of per-domain test results (only domains with step = "complete" are included) |

order_type | Provider type: "google", "outlook", or "smtp" |
step | Test step â always "complete" in this response |
domain_name | The domain name (e.g. "outreach-one.com") |
stats.overall_score | Inbox placement score (0â100) |
stats.domain_reputation | Domain reputation score. -2 indicates the value was unavailable or not applicable |
stats.blacklisted | Array of blacklist provider domain names where this domain was found (empty array if clean) |

status = "Complete" are returned â in-progress or pending reports are excluded.avgReputation and avgInboxScore are computed across all domains in the report that reached the "complete" step.domain_reputation of -2 means the value was null, missing, or reported as "-" by the testing provider.blacklisted field is a simplified list of blacklist provider domains (e.g. "spamhaus.org"), not the full blacklist object.Request
